Shipments and returns

Shipping
Shipments are currently available only in Italy.

Shipping Times
Orders will be processed as quickly as possible. The preparation and shipping of each
Order can take up to 3 working days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and during
holidays will be processed the next business day. For any information do not hesitate to
contact us at info@kingofmycastle.it specifying your order number.

Shipping cost

ITALY
For all orders over 60 euros shipping is free without the need for promotional codes
or coupons. For orders under 60 euros, the standard shipping rate is 4.25 euros.

RETURNS
You can contact us at info@kingofmycastle.it if you are not satisfied with the product by specifying
order number and justifying your dissatisfaction. Our customer service will contact you in
shortest time possible. If you want to return a product, the shipping costs will be yours
load. We only accept returns if the item has not been opened and/or used. We will reimburse the costs of
initial shipment if the reason for the return is our error. Please note: returns can be made
no later than 14 days after delivery of the product.
